Microbe 7
Hi ESET Team, I don't know where to send this, but can check the below if it is possible. I strongly suggest you put a highlighted note in your instructions "[KB2213] Transfer my ESET product to a new computer or device" (https://support.eset.com/en/kb2213-transfer-my-eset-product-to-a-new-computer-or-device) that advisers customers / users that it might take a while for the deactivation of your old device to go through. Knowing this would have avoided the stress I went through today when I did this myself, and was pushed into buying a new subscription before the your system updated my request to deactivate my old device. If only your instructions mentioned this!!! - this is concern of our client When he tried to disconnect or remove the old computer from the ESET Home, it will take time ( from my experienced it will take time to remove, but i always try to refresh, relogin from the ESET Home then the changes that we've made (remove old computer from ESET HOME ) has been take effect now our client just want to ask if you can include from this kb : https://support.eset.com/en/kb2213-transfer-my-eset-product-to-a-new-computer-or-device thar , once you remove an old device from the ESET Home, it will take time to take effect

Microbe 7
Hi ESET Team, For your reference, see the below request of our client. could you please pass this on to your business development / customer service teams that they need to improve messaging so that when you deactivate a device, you should wait, say, a few hours, before activating the new one. Because, at the moment, the system provides no such advice in their instructions or in real-time in the online system to advise this is the case and, worse, when you can from deactivating your old device to activating your new device, your system will advise your customer to purchase a new subscription because its not set up to know that a deactivation request has gone through! Not a very smart system! My advice is to include a warning in your online instructions and real-time messaging that deactivating a device might take some time to complete, so maybe wait a few hours before trying to activate the new device using the same subscription. Given advancement over the past few decades in digital technology and internet-based customer systems, this should be pretty easy to do. garioch7
