ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,177 Posted March 5, 2015 ESET Moderators Share Posted March 5, 2015 Hello, do you have the IP from which are you connecting in Known networks list and set as Home/work network on that client, you are connecting to? Solution dlaporte 14 Posted March 5, 2015 Author Solution Share Posted March 5, 2015 Yes. I do. I think I figured it out by applying a test policy to my sandbox client that had interactive mode set. When I did this and then initiated a Remote assistance session it prompted about incoming and outgoing sessions. I chose to allow ESET to create a rule for each one. I then created a new ERAS policy and included these 5 new entries. Still testing, but seemed to do the trick.
