Hi @eornate,

Could you acquire this log for me: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7123-eset-encryption-diagnostics-tool and DM me with it.

I shall let you know what the problem is, if I cannot see one, a ticket shall need to be submitted, but we can sort that after I have taken a look if needed.

In my experience,

- TPM failures or other Boot Security/Options could also cause this. (No CSM or Legacy BIOS boot Allowed)

- Policies to force OPAL 2 when your system is not OPAL 2 compatible will cause this.

- Check for 4K native sectors. It is not supported on the system drive.
cmd prompt: fsutil fsinfo sectorinfo 😄
Check LogicalBytesPerSector: 512 or 4096 or other.
