A customer of ours has just received a confirmation about BSOD issues from Dell:
I have just received from Dell Support in the last 5 mins that they have confirmed what your team has stated, that there is an issue with SupportAssist version 4.x which has been causing BSOD’s on devices all across different systems.

Interestingly, the BSOD problem occurs when Windows 11 + Support Assistant (SA) 4.x + ESET 11.x is installed on the computer.
Win 11 + SA 4.x, but without ESET it's ok.
Apparently Win 11 + ESET, but without SA 4.x is also ok, but I haven't checked it yet.
