ITNoob 0
I'm having issues reconnectibg my Desktop to the Internet. After upgrading to Ultimate and restarting my computer my Wifi connection shows "No Internet, secured." But all of my other devices are connected to the Internet on the same router. I went to ESET App Dashboard, Tools Tab, and clicked on 'Network Inspector.' I had to mark my Router as Trusted and selected 'Private.' I restarted my computer and still same issue. I checked the command prompt 'ipconfig' and it showing my Ethernet, Wireless LAN Area connection 2 and 12, and Ethernet adapter Bluetooth are "Media Disconnected." I'm not sure what else I can do to fix this issue besides uninstall ESET.
Administrators Marcos 5,290 Posted September 22 Administrators Share Posted September 22 Does temporarily pausing the firewall make a difference? If not, does temporarily uninstalling ESET help?
foxtigerjungle 3
Has ESET perhaps quarantined the network drivers and the network adapter now has no drivers? Can you see anything in the device manager?
