Patch Management is not working.

Hi!
Recently a customer has renewed his ESET license, however, the Patch and Vulnerability Management modules are not working properly.

We already tried to reboot the computers but it didn't work. Can we use your help to resolve this?

Felipe, although the message does not indicate that it is a license activation issue:

I have solved it by sending an activation task over all the computers that presented this alert.
