  1. Hi Marcos! We look into the ESET Protect configuration and see that this option was on Warning: How this should be seted to prevent for making a whole file log of 300 GB again?
  2. Hi, we have a problem with ESET Protect on Premise, in which in the path C:\ProgramData\ESET\Bridge\Proxies\Nginx\logs there is a file called error.log_2024_4_1_13_23_36 which occupies 349Gb of storage on a 500GB disk. This has caused problems storing data locally resulting in 0 free space. We want to know why this happens and how we can prevent it from happening again.
  3. Hi! We hace a incident with one of thr previous versions of EEA which for example we have a product with version 9.1.2060 which requires to be updated to version 9.1.2063 and at the time of restarting to install updates Windows 7 computers block this version of the antimalware preventing its execution completely. The specific operating system of one of the computers that have the problem is Windows 7 pro SP1. We already know that Windows 7 is obsolete and that we need to past to the newest versions, but is there a way to block the antimalware from updating?
  4. Hi! We want to install a Package of ESET Agent on Windows 7 computers but we receive the same error of the SO being too old. I also download a 10.1 version of the agent from this site: https://support.eset.com/en/kb6114-download-an-earlier-version-of-eset-protect-and-its-components but it falis due to the agent already installed on the machine. How can I install this software?
  5. Hi! Recently a customer has renewed his ESET license, however, the Patch and Vulnerability Management modules are not working properly. We already tried to reboot the computers but it didn't work. Can we use your help to resolve this? Thank you.
  6. Hi! We have multiple computers with this issue. We have already try to restart the ccomputers but the alert persist. Any idea why this is hapenning?
  7. Greetings! Here is the file compresed as you asked. And regarding itmans question, the computer where this alert was found belongs to a client who has told me that it appears that the Excel being used is cracked, but we do not have further information on this matter. RENTA 2022.rar
  8. Hi!, I hope you are doing well. We have the following alert generated for the path C:\Windows\Temp\q.vbs, attached is an image. The issue now is that the antivirus product (ESET Endpoint Antivirus) appears to block this path because it detects the Trojan, and it does not allow the execution of an Excel file with macros. I have attached an image of the error that appears. Text in English from excel error: Script: C:\Windows\Temp\q.vbs Line: 5 Character: 1 Error: This script contains malicious elements, and the antivirus software has blocked it: 'Send' Code: 800A802D Source: Microsoft VBScript Runtime Error
  9. We want to create a report wich contains the scan information of the antivirus on external devices. It is possible? I apreciate any help.
  10. Greetings! I need to create a dynamic group template to create a list of allowed applications, but as soon as not allowed software is installed, this computer is added to the group and sends a notification by mail of changes to the dynamic group.
