svchost.exe appears then disappears in network connections

Hello

Sometimes a new svchost.exe appears in my network connections and then disappears. It stays there in less then a second. I managed to screenshot many of these. Most of these IPs that my PC is connected are related to Microsoft Azure. Eset Internet Security does not block any of these.  I don't know if it's a disguised malware or just a windows program.
