Can you point me to docs - move from on-prem to cloud

We are currently managing on-prem windows servers and clients from ESET Protect On-Prem, but have recently obtained a licence for ESET Protect (Cloud). We want to consolidate our on-prem and our remote laptop management. Laptops currently on windows defender and managed by intune\azure\365

In particular

1) how to move On-Prem managed to Cloud managed

2) How to replace windows defender on laptops managed by Intune, to ESET

I apologise if this has been asked before.

If Defender is not enforced via GPO, Windows should disable it automatically when a 3rd party antivirus is installed and registered in the Security Center.
