Hello everyone :)

I've got several questions for the forum and start with this one.

Is it possible to cancel a running deep scan task via Protect Cloud? I noticed that some machines do hang in running tasks. Is there a remote command? Do i have to logon the machine directly to cancel the scan?

It is not possible to cancel a scan remotely. Whether it's possible to cancel it locally depends on if the scan was run within scheduler with the option to cancel the scan enabled:

If you run a scan with scanning of archives enabled, it may take quite long if you have big archives or disk images. Also make sure that you have Cleaner mode 1245.1, some older versions used to scan the registry for quite long due to a bug.
