can I delete this Files without RISK?

On a on-prem-Exchange 2013 Server with ESET Mail Security:

C:\Windows\Temp\.esmc-2199220963718
60MB each  >agent_x64.msi
install_config.ini
sha1sum.exe

[Marcos 5,442]

You can delete any files from temporary folders if not deleted automatically. I assume those are created during installation of the management agent.
