Most Valued Members ewong 8 Posted October 24, 2023 Most Valued Members Share Posted October 24, 2023 Hi, As a few of the systems have this notification in ESET PROTECT (10.1.2270.0) most likely due to them being out of date (operating system wise), I'd like to disable these notifications as I'm in the process of upgrading these systems. I've looked both in the AV policy and the Agent policy, but I can't seem to find that notification in the notification settings. Any clarifications appreciated. Not sure what offline cache http system you use but obviously it doesn't provide latest modules to the ESET PROTECT server.

Most Valued Members ewong 8 Posted October 30, 2023 Author Most Valued Members Share Posted October 30, 2023 (edited) @Marcos Quick question on the modules update. Is this the one which looks up the repository or the one that checks the mirror updates? I've set it such that it checks the <updates server>/eset_upd/era6. Edit: What versions of those modules would include the additional Notification? Currently I have the following: Thanks Ed Edited October 30, 2023 by ewong
Administrators Marcos 5,404 Posted October 30, 2023 Administrators Share Posted October 30, 2023 Yes, ESET PROTECT should update from the ERA6 folder.
Most Valued Members ewong 8 Posted November 1, 2023 Author Most Valued Members Share Posted November 1, 2023 @Marcos The notifications finally appeared. Apparently I was pointing the Updates (server setting) to the wrong path. Thanks for the help! Edmund
