Why is this URL being blocked

I am seeing this when I use an unpacked extension in Brave Browser (chromium based). I have no idea why it is being blocked. Dev said that "The only thing tweetdeck.dimden.dev is used for in 3.0.0 is receiving notifications about new updates, idk why its marked as virus"
