Upgraded From Entry to Advanced - Anything to do

Something I've never been clear on.

We've just upgraded a customers licence from Entry Cloud to Advanced Cloud. Obviously this now gives them the cloud sandboxing facility.

Is there anything we need to do with the clients to enable sandboxing, or will this just enable automatically?
