Update to Internet Security version 16.2.11.0 makes some adobe apps not work

Ever since ESET Internet Security updated to version 16.2.11.0, adobe after effects and media encoder freezes after start or mid splash screen loading. Formated my pc twice until I found the culprit of the issue. Everything work normal if is ESET Internet Security is not installed. Tried to add adobe folders to exceptions but no success.

Does switching to the pre-release update channel in the advanced update setup make a difference? Do you use the policy-based firewall mode?
