Administrators Marcos 5,087 Posted August 5, 2023 Administrators Share Posted August 5, 2023 Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reboot the machine and reproduce the issue (should not take long, otherwise the logs will be huge) Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here (only the ESET staff can access attachments).
