karsayor 8
Hello With automatic update enabled, products are preparing the update and wait for a reboot to finish. I think it's fine, but why is the security alert in red (critical) and not in yellow (warning) ? It should be a warning IMO. Or is the machine no longer protected while waiting for the reboot ? Administrators Marcos 4,839 Posted July 21 Administrators Share Posted July 21 Couldn't it be that you have upgraded from an older version than 10.0.2045? Do you actually mean update of Endpoint or an ESET sever product given that you have posted in the Windows server forum?
karsayor 8
It's a Server Security product, version is 10.0.12010.0 and update prepared to 10.0.12012.
Administrators Marcos 4,839 Posted July 21 Administrators Share Posted July 21 That's because update 10.0.12012.0 was a stability and security update which requires a restart asap. Feature updates trigger a yellow notification.
karsayor 8
OK. That was not clear to me because : Changelog doesn't contains any info about security concerns being fixed (CVE, ..) Changelog contains info about stability issues which we do not encounter, so to us it's not critical Either way I think there are some missing info in the changelog if it's that important.
