Can't dwonload ESET Shared Local Cache

Currently, we use the  ESET Shared Local Cache virtual appliance but the old version, So we need to update to the new version but can't download it. 

How can I update my current use?

Hello @Kosal,

the product is not needed anymore especially thanks to improvements in the ESET LiveGrid reputation system.
make sure it is enabled and working and you may decommission the Shared Local Cache appliance...
