I am running ESET Inspect(EI). Detections in EI show lots of EsetIpBlacklist or EsetIpBlacklist.A. Detection type is Firewall detection.

Does that mean the firewall blocked the IP? Then what does A mean?

From user's point of view there is no difference. The letter serves for internal distinction.
