Agent not showing in Protect Cloud

Hi All,

I recently have been struggling to connect a couple of agents on our new machines to show up on the web console (Protect Cloud).

The agents were installed using GPO.

See logs below.



Anyone have any ideas on things I can do to try and resolve this?
