Have you located the file? What is the complete path of it?

What is the file size and modify date?

What happens if you try to scan the file alone? (with the context menu)

What does ESET Live Grid show?

You say it crashs. What exactly happens? Does it shows a error message?

Can you reproduce the problem with the same file or is it always an other file?

Please enable the option to generate a complete memory dump:

Reproduce the issue and check the dir "%programdata%\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Diagnostics".

Are there some files? If so upload them to a save location and PM them to a moderator.

Last week, yes it's the same fil but now i have an error (Don't have before)

Now ESEt say "error when he reads." I don't know if ESEt do a update but now my computer don't crash. He scans the fil during 5 - 10 mins and after he displays "error when read the file)

Well now i can use ESET.

Thx for your helps
