Unable to receive verification email

My public license ID is 3A6-HGG-VDU

I purchased a EIS license for my new laptop today, after I added this license, it told me that email verification is required, but I didn't receive the email, I checked my inbox and spam, and I didn't receive anything about verification email, can anyone tell me why this is?
