Guest
When looking at devices in Protect Cloud, the Client Task Execution areas appear blank despite there being scheduled tasks on these machines. Is there a setting or policy that needs to be enabled for scheduled tasks to be viewed here (windows/mac)?

In case progress bar is just empty, it might indicate that trigger ()task execution command) was not delivered to any device yet. This might be just temporary in case device is active, or it might take longer time in case device is not actively communicating with the console.
