How to filter "out" Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys in EAV Computer Scan log?

I have hundreds of Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys in the scan log (EAV 15.2.17) as shown below

There is a "Filtering" function, but from what I understood you can set what you want to be shown but not what you DON't want to be shown.

Am I wrong? Am I missing the obvious solution?

So I wonder if there is (or can be added) a way to say to the filter:

"I want to see in the log everything except this kind of entry"
