Run Windows Update and apply any pending updates, including optional ones. Restart the computer, even if Window Update did not require it. Now delete the contents of the C:\WINDOWS\TEMP and the %LOCALAPPDATA%\TEMP directories. Re-run the update of ESET Smart Security Premium from its user interface. If issues persist, let us know.
