Our Eset management console keeps throwing alerts at us from one workstation. Scan target is - Operating memory;Boot sectors/UEFI;C:\Boot sectors/UEFI;D:\Boot sectors/UEFI;E:\Boot sectors/UEFI;F:\Boot sectors/UEFI;C:\;D:\;E:\;F:\. Says it is unable to clean and is taking no action, is this something to be concerned of?

You can disable CompuTrace inside the BIOS but that won't prevent ESET from detecting it further unless you exclude it from detection as Marcos advised.

Or if you check the PC model name in manufacturer website and maybe there might be a BIOS update that would get rid of CompuTrace
