Unable to Activate Product

Hi,

I am trying to install ESET Antivirus on OSX machines. I am able to push the application via ESMC, but I keep getting an error that Product is Not Activated. I checked the settings of my installer and I am seeing that we still have license. I tried to create a Product Activation task, but it keeps on failing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are you able to activate Endpoint manually by entering the license key?

How do I get the license key? I am able to see the licenses on the portal, but I am not able to see the license key numbers.

The license key was sent to the license registration email address after purchase. Would it be possible for you to get it from an administrator or whoever from your organization purchased the ESET license? Alternatively I could provide you with a trial license for a test and to see if activation succeeds or not. Should it fail, an error code that would help us determine the problem would be displayed.

We just had a remote session with ESET support and we found out that SSL inspection is blocking connection going to ESET activation servers. After enabling SSL inspection issue, we were able to activate ESET product.
