Browser printer

My browsers Chrome. Firefox &Microsoft edge cannot connect to my printer. I can print taking  screen shot. I have Win 7 xp3 When trying to print, this page below with the sparks appears.

If you click inside ESET GUI - Setup > Network > Troubleshooting Wizard

Do you see the Printer name or company being blocked? , you can change the filter time if it didn't appear within 15 minutes

Does the issue occur only in a secure browser? If so, please collect logs with ESET Log Collector while a normal browser is running.
