Not in the spam either. The automatic username generated when purchasing the license is EAV-0287450170 How can I get the email?

Now I am trying to add another one that I purchased a while back on Amazon so that I can renew it, but I am not getting the verification email as well. The public license ID is 3AH-79X-JX8. Could you please tell me which email is linked to that license?
