I don't receive the verification email

Hello, 

I am trying to add a license to my ESET HOME account, and it says I should receive a verification email but it is not arriving, tried several times. Not in the spam either. 

The automatic username generated when purchasing the license is EAV-0287450170

How can I get the email?

The license is registered to xxxxx@crm.protegerse.com. Please contact Ontinet, the ESET authorized partner in Spain, to change the email on records to yours.

Hi @Marcos, I managed to add that one to my account after contacting Ontinet and them forwarding/approving the email. 

Now I am trying to add another one that I purchased a while back on Amazon so that I can renew it, but I am not getting the verification email as well. The public license ID is 3AH-79X-JX8. Could you please tell me which email is linked to that license?

It's registered to jpxxxxxxxa@gmail.com. The license expired on 04/30/2021.
