Error activacion Eset Internet Security

Buenas ... Ayuda ..
En semanas pasadas mi antivirus venia trabajando bien y de un momento a otro se desactivo, al querer volver a activarlo este me muestra un error ACT.5 la version es esta " ESET Internet Security 15.0.18.0,  he descargado la version mas reciente la 15.0 .21.0

Realizó diferentes soluciones de otros foros Eset !! pero no ha sido posible. La licencia tenia validez hasta el año 2023 mes de noviembre.

Saludos y agradezco alguno me pueda ayudar.

Buenos dias.

Ok Sr. Marcos este es el codigo de activacion adquirido en su momento.  

Vale aclarar que en el momento que se hizo la activacion, el antivirus mostraba que la licencia tenia valides hasta el año 2023 sobre el mes de noviembre.

I don't see any problem with the license key, please open a support ticket.

Last but not least, we kindly ask you to post in English since this is an English forum. Also do not post your license key publicly but post your public license ID instead, in your case it's 3AR-PG5-V68. Unlike the license, the public license ID cannot be misused by unauthorized persons.
