Administrators Marcos 4,716 Posted October 25, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 25, 2021 The website is not blacklisted by ESET. I was able to open it in a browser fine.
johnr 0
So our clients shouldn't get this message anymore?
itman 1,542
Eset doesn't block this web site in Firefox. Have your customer try to access this web site in Firefox. -EDIT- Also web site is not blocked using Edge. Since it is Chrome based, I believe there might be an issue with that customer's Chrome installation. Perhaps a malicious add-on/extension in play. LesRMed 17
I'm using Chrome and it opens fine for me. Like @itman said, it's probably a Chrome extension that's causing the issue.
Administrators Marcos 4,716 Posted October 26, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 26, 2021 Couldn't it be that the malware is detected only after logging in?
