Greetings,

One of our customers is blocked by your software from accessing juniorlibraryguild.com

We've run a scan of the website on PCRisk and can find no malicious content. Can you please check juniorlibraryguild.com again and if nothing is found remove our website from your block list.

The website is not blacklisted by ESET. I was able to open it in a browser fine.

So our clients shouldn't get this message anymore?

Eset doesn't block this web site in Firefox.

Have your customer try to access this web site in Firefox.

-EDIT- Also web site is not blocked using Edge. Since it is Chrome based, I believe there might be an issue with that customer's Chrome installation. Perhaps a malicious add-on/extension in play.

I'm using Chrome and it opens fine for me. Like @itman said, it's probably a Chrome extension that's causing the issue.

Couldn't it be that the malware is detected only after logging in?
