Administrators Marcos 5,452 Posted July 6, 2021 Administrators Posted July 6, 2021 Diagnostics logs are missing. Looks like you didn't enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support and didn't reboot the pc then. After the reboot disable logging and collect logs with ELC.
