Firewall, network attack protection, botnet protection, secure browser are all non-functional after upgrading from NOD 32 to Internet Security

The title pretty much spells it all. Nothing I do will enable any of it.

Diagnostics logs are missing.
Looks like you didn't enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support and didn't reboot the pc then. After the reboot disable logging and collect logs with ELC.
