Eset Business Cloud : Devices no longer showing up ... just spins

Up until a day or so ago I could see all ESET clients in Business Cloud.  Now when I log in and look for devices the status never successfully updates ... the update icon keeps spinning.   I've left it for an hour and it never stops.  What did I do wrong?

Could you please post a screen shot to demonstrate the issue? I was able to log into your account but didn't notice any issue; the icon was not spinning when I open Unit management. Do you plan to migrate from ELA to EBA soon?
