Cannot uninstall endpoint security

Dear Sir,

I use endpoint security 6.4.2014.0 on windows 7 Pro. I cannot uninstall it successfully.

It prompt the error (error code is 2318).

How to solve it?

If you have the issue on one or a few machines, the easiest way to remove ESET is by running the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode.
