i tried to upgrade the agent by sending an ESET PROTECT component upgrade task. However, i cannot find this job in the "tasks".

Hi, I can update the eset endpoint security from 10.0.2045.0 to 10.1.2046.0 but i cannot update the eset management agent from 10.1.1288.0 to 10.1.1292.0 how can solve it?
