IP Address showing "N/A" from ESMC 7.2

When clicking on computer that is actively checking in with 7.2 agent on ESMC 7.2 server and going to "Show details" >> "Overview"  on the IP Address field is showing N/A (not applicable). The machine in question is a desktop that always stays with hardwired ethernet connection (DHCP). Other machines are showing fine as its about 30% that show N/A. Agent was just installed 2 days ago and nothing has changed in the environment.

Could you possible check whether also HW information is missing? If I recall correctly, this view shows data from two separate sources. One of them is list of IP addresses used also on other places (is IP address visible in main client/computers view for this device?) and second one from so called HW inventory mechanisms. In case HW details are incomplete or completely missing, it might explain also missing IP addresses - for example could you verify that shown adapters are actually those with assigned IP addresses?

Also are those ethernet adapters special in any way, for example are they virtual (VPN)?
