I need a HowTo for Password Manager

I am not sure what I need is possible but here it goes.

 

I have a web site that the Userid and Password are on different pages.  Can I automate the sign on process by chaining two entries or make one entry multiple steps?

The ESET PW Manager seems like it works fairly well for most single page use cases.  I am hoping I can use it for the few cases that I have for multi-page login.
