Please carry on as follows:
- in the adv. setup -> tools -> diagnostics, enable full application memory dumps and click OK
- in the same setup section, click Create to generate a dump of ekrn
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

The problem is AMON_STATUS_WAITING_FOR_OOBE_FINISH. Most likely an image was generalized with Sysprep and OOBE was not finished after deployment. Unfortunately, this status is returned by the OS so if you think that OOBE was actually finished, we can only recommend reinstalling the OS.

Hello...as per my understanding If you format an RT target with an 8.5 format disk or Utility USB drive, you might not be able to downgrade the target to a previous version of the Real-Time Module. To downgrade a target from the LabVIEW 8.5 Real-Time Module to a previous version of the Real-Time Module, reformat the target with a format disk or utility USB drive created for a previous version of the Real-Time Module.

This posts appears to be unrelated to the issues discussed in this topic. What do you mean by formatting an RT target with an 8.5 format disk"? And what is LabView 8.5 Real-time module? In fact, we are talking here about ESET's real-time protection which has nothing to do with formatting disks and LabView whatever it is.
