Unfortunately I didn't receive a username or password, just a license. What can I do about that? How can I get the missing information to activate the software? Techniker 0 Posted May 5, 2020 Share Posted May 5, 2020 For those of you who come across this in the future, if you go to: https://www.eset.com/us/existing-customers/ and enter your license key in the field there, it will prompt you to create an account with a username and password, thus "converting" it.
