License ID and Key does not Connect and Update

HI,

I bought a license of ESET NOD 32 for Linux Distribution. I am using a Debian  10 OS but the License ID and License Key provided by my eset on license details does not connect and not make any updates on viruses database informing me that the User ID and Password are wrong. Also the device is not activated on my eset license manager page.

How can I proceed about this issue?

To update legacy ESET NOD32 for Linux desktop, you'll need a username and password that might not have been included in the license email. Please check your personal messages for your U/P.

I was unable to find any license registered with your forum's email address, probably you've used another one. Please provide your public license ID so that I can look up your license.

Seems that i have the same problem here. 

What i did until now

  • Just purchased a license
  • Created a my.eset.com account
  • added the license
  • reinstalled ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Linux Desktop
  • during installation entered my my.eset.com credentials

==> When i want to update the signature database i get an "invalid username/password" error

==> in my.eset.com in the license section "activated" is still on 0

 

Hope you can help me with that!

Please check your personal messages for your U/P. ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Linux desktop v4 is a legacy product and doesn't support activation nor license management via my.eset.com.
