ESET is removing my Golang installation

I use the Golang programming language and today I upgraded it.  Immediately post installation ESET started flagging up red alerts and removing important files such as the compiler.

I checked the installation MSI and I believe it is genuine - the certificate is from Google LLC

Why is this happening?

Cant you just install Golang in vm thats running Eset to get what you need? Just download newest instalation file from official website (https://golang.org/dl/). Thats crucial software form Google.

Or we really need to use the article?

Thanks. Files were blacklisted by the advanced machine learning system. It may take a couple of minutes for the change to take effect. Let us know should certain files be still detected.

same here.

I get a warning every time the terminal executes the go command.

I can only shut down eset and put the computer at risk.

It should be ok now.

Ok now. Maybe the data update on the Chinese server is a bit slow.

Thank you for your patient response.

It's been 2 days since Marcos' post , I believe you should get the update by 2 days , if not , then there is a possible problem I believe.

I keep hitting this issue as well.  It looks like various binaries built with go (1.13.7 in my case) keep being flagged.  Some have stopped getting flagged, but others persist.  This is super frustrating.
