Network Event Blocked

I am using ESET Cloud in my office. After the installation users email downloading getting slow and internet also slow entire office network. I am getting network event blocked notification as well. Please advise

You have computers in the network that are using the same IP Addresses , that will cause problems and conflicts , you need to configure them, then probably you won't receive this message again.
