Mac Script antivirus install

I am trying to automate a script to install Eset antivirus on a mac.  The only option I have available for download from my eset cloud administrator is a .pkg file.  When I try to run it via terminal I receive an error "installer: The install failed (The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.)" number 1"

I do not have the option in my eset cloud to download a script file for installing.
