ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted December 16, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted December 16, 2019 You have actually a different problem. ERA Agent 6.5 is not compatible with Catalina. You have to upgrade your ESET Remote Administrator to ESET Security Management Server 7.1, and also upgrade the ERA agent to the new ESET Management Agent of the same version. ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted December 16, 2019 ESET Staff Share Posted December 16, 2019 First of all, you have to update the ESMC server itself. You can update this using "component upgrade task". As soon as your server is updated, you can proceed with upgrades of your agents, or with installations of the agents on the new systems (Catalina machines).
