Failed to (un)mute some detections. - Failed server call: Unknown error

Hello,

As we have not seen this error before, the only recommended solution would be to create a support ticket. Server trace log from the moment the attempted resolving failed would definitely help for the beginning. Our devs will be looking into it once it reaches our support.

You can send it to technical support department within the ticket. It would be usually the first thing they would be asking for. You can attach it to the form when submitting the ticket.
