Unable to add License to either ELA o MY...

Dear Sirs, I not able to add my License to ELA or to my.eset.com. The License Key is correct since I've checked by using the my.eset.com/convert feature and once converted it matches the License Key I already have. I need to add the License to ELA (at least) in order to deactivate some Licenses on dead PCs (see https://support.eset.com/kb5957/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US).
