  1. I've included domain.com in our Whitelist (Antispam protection/Approved Senders list/domain.com) but I still get: 2020-10-13T12:07:33.713Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,0,,,+,, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.713Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,1,,,*,SMTPSubmit SMTPAcceptAnySender SMTPAcceptAuthoritativeDomainSender AcceptRoutingHeaders,Set Session Permissions 2020-10-13T12:07:33.713Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,2,,,>,220 posta.mydomain.com, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.775Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,3,,,<,HELO host, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.775Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,4,,,*,SMTPSubmit SMTPAcceptAnySender SMTPAcceptAuthoritativeDomainSender AcceptRoutingHeaders,Set Session Permissions 2020-10-13T12:07:33.775Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,5,,,>,250 SRV-A006.mydomain.com Hello [IP], 2020-10-13T12:07:33.822Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,6,,,<,MAIL FROM:<user@domain.com>, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.822Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,7,,,*,SMTPSubmit SMTPAcceptAnySender SMTPAcceptAuthoritativeDomainSender AcceptRoutingHeaders,Set Session Permissions 2020-10-13T12:07:33.822Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,8,,,*,08D864A25D394BA1;2020-10-13T12:07:33.713Z;1,receiving message 2020-10-13T12:07:33.822Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,9,,,>,250 2.1.0 Sender OK, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.931Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,10,,,<,RCPT TO:<user1@mydomain.com>, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.931Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,11,,,>,250 2.1.5 Recipient OK, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.994Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,12,,,<,DATA, 2020-10-13T12:07:33.994Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,13,,,>,354 Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF>, 2020-10-13T12:07:34.088Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,14,,,*,,Ignored X-OriginatorOrg header value 'domain.com' because session capabilities do not allow it 2020-10-13T12:07:34.103Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,15,,,*,,Proxy destination(s) obtained from OnProxyInboundMessage event 2020-10-13T12:07:35.541Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,16,,,*,Tarpit for '0.00:00:05' due to '550 5.7.1 SPF check failed', 2020-10-13T12:07:40.556Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,17,,,>,550 5.7.1 SPF check failed, 2020-10-13T12:07:40.603Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,18,,,<,QUIT, 2020-10-13T12:07:40.603Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,19,,,>,221 2.0.0 Service closing transmission channel, 2020-10-13T12:07:40.603Z,SRV-A006\Default Frontend SRV-A006,08D864A25D394BA1,20,,,-,,Local What am I missing?
  2. Dear Sirs, I not able to add my License to ELA or to my.eset.com. The License Key is correct since I've checked by using the my.eset.com/convert feature and once converted it matches the License Key I already have. I need to add the License to ELA (at least) in order to deactivate some Licenses on dead PCs (see https://support.eset.com/kb5957/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US). Regards.
  3. Dear Sirs, my main OU is filled with 60 Clients. I've set a Client Task and Targeted it to the OU. I need to apply the Task to ALL Clients in the OU, but ONE Client. How can I avoid applying the Task to that specific Client without moving it to another OU?
  4. Is there any way I can set the logging level on the Client in order to reduce it to the minimum and then be able to transfer it to ESMC? I'm running a Test with 1 Client but in Production we have 60 Clients. Further question related to this Task: is it worth? I mean... if ESET Log Collector Logs are meant for debugging purposes only I could consider avoiding collecting Logs for all Clients on a Scheduled basis. But if ESET Log Collector Logs are meant ALSO to collect "monitoring" Logs, it might be worth collecting the on a Scheduled basis.
  5. Thanks for the Reply. So we can state that this specific Task is useless when run from ESET SMC? Please confirm in order to avoid misunderstanding. Thanks and Regards.
  6. I'm running SMC and Clients fine (all updated to latest version). I've set a Task "Run Log Collector" targeted to a single Client (Win PC) and it fails with "Log collector output exceeded 16MB and will not be transferred". As a result I'm not able to collect any Logs. How can I modify this limit in order to collect the Logs? Thanks and Regards.
  7. I modified the Task and applied the "Automatically accept EULA" option. The Task runs as it should. Thanks for the tip.
  8. I'm running ERA 6.5. The Win CLIENT has updates ready. I apply the Task to the CLIENT. ERA reports it's running and then finished successfully. There's CPU activity when ERA reports it's running but nothing happens: OS Updates are not installed. What do I have to do in order to get the feature work? Regards.
