eset fails to launch secure browser

eset has stopped launching the secure browser to CIBC bank.  The secure browser is successfully launched to BMO bank.

my environment is:

eset = 12.1.31.0

windows 10 = 1809

chrome = 73.0.3683.86 

CIBC URL = https://www.cibc.com/en/personal-banking/ways-to-bank/online-services.html

Please check and advise

Cibc.com supports http/2 which is not currently supported by BPP. You can launch a secure browser from your desktop and open the bank's url in it.
