  1. eset has stopped launching the secure browser to CIBC bank. The secure browser is successfully launched to BMO bank. my environment is: eset = 12.1.31.0 windows 10 = 1809 chrome = 73.0.3683.86 CIBC URL = https://www.cibc.com/en/personal-banking/ways-to-bank/online-services.html Please check and advise

  3. I tested the anti-theft function on my daughter's laptop by click the "My device is missing" button in the Anti-Theft management web protal. The laptop rebooted into the phantom account. I attempted to restore it normal by click the "I recovered my device" but only the phantom account is displayed at login. The laptop shows "not missing" in the Anti-Theft management portal, however I continue to see new screen captures and webcam snapshots every 10 minutes. desperate to restore access to main account! ​
  4. I'm having a similar problem. I tested the anti-theft on my daughters laptop which resulted in her laptop restarting and coming up with only the phantom account. I changed status back to not missing but I only the phantom account is available from the login screen. please advise how to restore the original account. Thanks!
