I tested the anti-theft function on my daughter's laptop by click the "My device is missing" button in the Anti-Theft management web protal. The laptop rebooted into the phantom account. I attempted to restore it normal by click the "I recovered my device" but only the phantom account is displayed at login. The laptop shows "not missing" in the Anti-Theft management portal, however I continue to see new screen captures and webcam snapshots every 10 minutes. desperate to restore access to main account!
