Hey,

i wrote an email to the Eset Support. Till now i haven't got an answer.

How long does it takes until i get an answer from them normally?

I've asked a guy from ESET DE about your ticket. Allegedly it was about detecting malware at jaloucity.de. The website has been hacked recently and serving JS/Spy.Banker trojan. Since the website appears to have been cleaned in the mean time, we've removed it from the PUA blacklist.

ESET blocked access to the site, the PC should not be infected then?

If a detection was triggered (e.g. JS/Spy.Banker), the malware would still be there. We've only removed it from blacklist but further malware would still be detected if the website got re-infected.
